Skåne Region is the southernmost county of Sweden.

In the ARCADIA project, the Skåne Region is working with the City of Malmö, Helsingborg Municipality, Lund Municipality, Sustainable Business Hub, and the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, collaborating to advance sustainable climate adaptation solutions. The objective is to investigate a network of blue-green infrastructure in the rural and suburban parts of the catchment areas of the two rivers in the municipality, through collaboration with local landowners and other stakeholders. The blue-green infrastructure will help in climate adaptation while simultaneously creating ecosystem networks for biodiversity in farmlands and peri-urban environments.
