Transformative NbS Festivals

ARCADIA is set to organize three major Festivals on Nature-based Solutions (NbS) throughout the project. These events are designed to serve as platforms for sharing knowledge, showcasing best practices, and fostering collaboration on NbS for climate resilience.

Each festival will bring together policymakers, practitioners, researchers, and innovators to discuss and co-design solutions for enhancing regional resilience through nature-based approaches.

The Three ARCADIA Festivals

ARCADIA will organize three dedicated festivals at key moments of the project to reflect on progress, facilitate collaboration, and support large-scale NbS implementation:

First Festival of transformative NbS (9 April 2025)

• Focus: legal frameworks, governance, tools, and methods for NbS implementation

These festivals will feature a mix of high-level policy dialogues, technical sessions, hands-on workshops, and citizen engagement activities. They will also provide a venue for discussing best practices, innovative financing solutions, and practical tools for assessing and implementing NbS.
